Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our services. By registering with or placing an order through Pharmacy Weight Loss Hexham, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Hexham is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Hexham and the surrounding area. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services where we determine that a treatment is not clinically appropriate for you. Our clinical team makes all prescribing decisions independently and in your best interest.
All weight loss medications dispensed by Pharmacy Weight Loss Hexham require a valid prescription issued by a registered prescriber. Prescriptions are issued only after review of your completed medical questionnaire and, where required, additional clinical information.
It is your responsibility to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date medical information. Providing false or misleading information may result in the cancellation of your order and may constitute a criminal offence. We will not issue prescriptions for any person other than the registered patient.
Prescriptions remain the property of Pharmacy Weight Loss Hexham and are not transferable to third parties.
Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We accept major debit and credit cards. Payment is processed securely through our approved payment provider.
We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already placed and paid for. If your prescription is not approved by our pharmacist, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days.
Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day via a tracked courier service. Delivery is to UK addresses only.
We cannot accept liability for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe delivery location is provided.
Medications must be stored in accordance with the instructions provided. We are not responsible for medications that are stored incorrectly after delivery.
You may cancel your order at any time before your prescription has been approved. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been approved and medication dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund, as medications cannot be resold or reused for legal and safety reasons.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
